Eric Queller, Emergency Manager – Provided an update on the recent floods and the Village’s flood recovery response, including information on water pickup locations, sandbag availability, and the Disaster Recovery Center’s hours and location.
Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager – Shared details on the revised debris removal schedule and explained the status of the federal government’s buyout program for properties affected by the fires and floods.
Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director – Addressed the challenges of restoring water service to the Upper Canyon area and ongoing infrastructure efforts.
Fire Chief Cade Hall explained the department’s door-to-door evacuation protocol during flood events and emphasized the importance of heeding evacuation warnings. He also spoke about the installation of new emergency sirens, including the locations of three with voice alert capabilities.
