  • Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager, spoke about the ongoing silt removal process in the river and shared what the state and local tribe are doing to help mitigate flooding along Highway 70.

  • Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director, emphasized the continued need for employees in both the water and streets departments. He also noted the important role public works staff can play in water rescues during flood events.

  • Eric Queller, Emergency Manager, joined the show to talk about upcoming flood response training sessions for Village employees in preparation for the upcoming monsoon season.
