On June 25, 2026, the Village of Ruidoso New Mexico, licensee of Radio Station KRUI-AM 1490 KHz at Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) for the transfer of control of KRUI from the Old Governing Board to the New Governing Board.
