• Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager, addressed a listener question about a distressed property at the intersection of Brady Canyon and Ponderosa Drive. Residents have raised concerns that the site could pose a hazard if flooding occurs in the area. He also provided an update on the McBride Bridge, noting that a temporary solution is expected to be in place within the next few weeks.

• Fire Chief Cade Hall reported on several recent lightning strike fires, including one that occurred last Thursday around Camelot Drive. He also announced that three new emergency warning sirens are scheduled to be installed next week to enhance community safety.

• Matthew Baird, Parks & Recreation Director, and David “TBone” Tetreault, Assistant Parks & Recreation Director, discussed challenges at this past weekend’s baseball tournament at Eagle Creek.
