June 16, 2025: Guests and Topics Discussed:
- Mayor Lynn Crawford and Village Manager Ron Sena (Hosts) opened the program by reflecting on the one-year anniversary of the Southfork and Salt fires. They shared memories of the event and acknowledged the community’s strength and ongoing recovery. 
- Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director, gave a progress report on key infrastructure projects, including construction at Paradise Canyon and Starlite. 
- Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager, discussed factors contributing to delays at the 603 Mechem housing project and outlined next steps. 
- Fire Chief Cade Hall discussed the current fire danger level and reminded residents of the outdoor smoking ban in effect due to the high fire risk. 
- Matthew Baird, Parks & Recreation Director, and David “TBone” Tetreault, Assistant Parks & Recreation Director, recapped community events from the past weekend, including the Midtown Market and Youth Fishing Day. 
- Eddie Ryan, Manager of Events and Strategic Partnerships, shared updates on the Under a Mountain Sky concert series and the arrival of Xterra representatives to begin preparations for the August race. 
- Kidie Thornton from the Humane Society promoted the June 21 Sales for Tails resale shop fundraiser, benefiting local animal welfare efforts. 
- Police Lt. Jaime Urban introduced new police cadet Jay Gutierrez and addressed recent incidents, including a protest at the Country Club lot and an investigation into gunshots near the midtown fire tower.
