• Eric Queller, Emergency Manager: Provided an update on the weekend’s high wind event, which brought gusts up to 77 mph. Several power outages occurred during the storm, but PNM crews restored service within a few hours.

• Jason Burns, Lincoln County Manager: Called in to share an update on the Flood Buyout Program. Funding has now been secured, and the first public meeting is scheduled for March 25 at ENMU–Ruidoso.

• Levi Beaty, Public Works Director: Responded to a listener's question regarding downed trees and limbs along Paradise Canyon Road and shared updates on ongoing improvements at the village water plant, including new solar installations and UV system upgrades.
