• Mayor Lynn Crawford & Village Manager Ron Sena – Led the discussion with updates on Village priorities, including community concerns around wild horses, fencing near the Links golf course and walking trail, and broader impacts affecting residents.

• Eric Queller, Emergency Manager – Provided an update on the Sago Fire burning on the Reservation (now over 280 acres, cause under investigation), noted Ruidoso’s deployment of its Mobile Command Center to assist, and outlined preparations underway for the upcoming monsoon season.
