• Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager, shared follow-up updates from last week’s public meeting on the future comprehensive plan, highlighting community input and next steps in the planning process.

• Levi Beaty, Public Works Director, reported on the major weekend water leak near Jack Little Drive and outlined the repair timeline. He also provided a status update on the 603 Mechem workforce housing project, noting that completion could come as early as January 2026.

• Josh Long, Streets Manager, discussed ongoing street work in the Black Forest area and detailed the schedule for road repairs on Jack Little Drive following the recent water leak.

• Fire Chief Cade Hall reviewed the firefighting tests conducted last week and announced recent promotions within the department, reflecting continued training and leadership development.
