  • Levi Beaty, Public Works Director, and Water Production Management team—Connie Tucker, Jackie Peña, and Randy Koehn—Discussed the Village’s water conservation plan and what residents can do to help conserve water. They also highlighted the benefits of the EyeOnWater app, which allows residents to monitor their water usage and receive alerts in the event of a possible leak in their home or business.

  • Joshua Long, Streets Manager—Answered a few listener questions regarding streets and signage throughout the Village.

  • Eric Queller, Emergency Manager—Discussed the Village’s preparations for the upcoming winter season and explained how snow removal is managed.

  • Ellen Israel and Ferdinand Detres with the US Small Business Administration—Announced their new location at the Ruidoso Public Library. They also answered questions about how the SBA can assist business owners and residents affected by the floods through low-interest loans.

  • Eddie Ryan, Mgr. of Events & Strategic Partnerships and Tim Duckworth, Director Ruidoso Midtown Association—Joined the show to recap last week’s successful RMA Midtown Trick-or-Treat event.

  • Matthew Baird, Parks & Rec Director, and David “TBone” Tetreault, Assistant Parks & Recreation Director—Shared updates on the ice-skating rink at Wingfield Park, which will be open for the upcoming holidays.
