  • Eric Queller, Emergency Manager, reminded residents to stay alert for flooding during the final weeks of monsoon season.

  • Fire Chief Cade Hall, shared updates on the new high-water rescue vehicle, status of additional fire vehicles on order, and offered winter safety tips: have chimneys inspected and avoid using extension cords with space heaters.

  • Adam Sanchez, Public Works Director, reported on ongoing work in the Upper Canyon and provided an update on the McDaniel Bridge, with concrete work scheduled to begin Wednesday.

  • Michael Martinez, Deputy Village Manager, gave an update on the PPDR program, which includes both demolition of properties and debris removal.

  • Jini Turri, Village Clerk, reviewed the agenda for the monthly council meeting scheduled for Tuesday.

  • Alex Koenig, Community Development Director, explained the Village’s clean and lien program and how and when it is applied.
